As I told you over the telephone, I served as the coordinating/chief consultant in putting this document together. I worked with twelve consultants (ekitis and non-ekitis) who are subject-matter specialists in putting this document together. I must add that this assignment was undertaken after a similar assignment for the Ondo State Government. I hope it will be useful as a background or working document. Biyi Daramola |
